Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

YYY brand products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty provided by FOUR E'S HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, starting from the date of delivery.

What is covered: Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal, intended use of the product.

What is not covered: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow the product instructions; unauthorized repairs or modifications; water damage; normal wear and tear; accessories such as cuffs, batteries, cables, and carrying cases; and promotional gifts.

Remedy: For eligible warranty claims, we will repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the product cost.

How to make a claim: Contact us at support@yyy.life or +852 2668 1868 with your order number, product model, proof of purchase, and photos or a short video showing the issue. Our support team will confirm the claim and provide instructions. Please note that our Hong Kong address is not a return address; return instructions and the return address will be provided after your claim is confirmed.

Shipping costs: For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

This warranty gives you specific rights. It does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
